2. Services

We provide furniture assembly, kitchen fitting, wardrobe installation, office furnishing, and related home furnishing services. The scope, price, and timing of any work are set out in the quote or appointment confirmation agreed between you and us.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Prices may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was described, or if additional materials or labour are required. Any material changes will be communicated to you before the work proceeds.

4. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. Please ensure the work site is accessible and ready at the agreed time. If we are unable to carry out the work due to lack of access or an unsafe environment, additional charges may apply.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made with insufficient notice, or work that cannot proceed for reasons within your control, may be subject to a fee to cover our allocated time and costs.

6. Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest or recovery costs on overdue amounts as permitted by Dutch law.

7. Your Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver our services safely and effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the work and the site.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• Make sure furniture, parts, and required materials are on site unless we have agreed to supply them.
• Inform us of any hazards, obstructions, or special conditions at the location.

8. Warranty and Liability

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Where a defect in our workmanship arises within a reasonable period, we will remedy it at no additional cost. We are not liable for defects in materials or products supplied by you or by third parties, for damage resulting from inaccurate information you provided, or for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Client Portal Accounts

If you register for the Client Portal, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Urban Klassic Services and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
